The Foundation's patient & family conferences are designed to help attendees learn more about Graves’ Disease. Guest speakers include physicians, researchers, and allied health professionals who provide insight into the medical, social and psychological aspects of Graves’ disease. Attendees will also be able to share their own experiences, reconnect with friends, and establish new relationships.
