Thyroid Awareness Month!

Posted 3 years, 6 months ago (0 comments)

Blue Paisley is the New Black!  January is Thyroid Awareness Month, and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists designed a paisley ribbon in honor of the estimated 30 million Americans who are living with disorders that affect the thyroid gland.  For more information, please visit AACE's patient education site, the American Thyroid Association's patient education page or the GDATF's patient bulletins and resources/links page.

It's believed that up to half of those affected with thyroid disorders are currently undiagnosed -- wear your paisley with pride this month and help us spread the word!

Thank you to Jamberry Nails Consultant Marlene Vogele, who will be donating 30% of January's proceeds to the GDATF in honor of Thyroid Awareness Month!  Please click here for more information.
